Abstract
The Ahl-e Haqq (Kaka’i–Yarsan) tradition is a religious–mystical current rooted in Islam, whose followers live mainly in Iran and Iraq, with its principal center located in Kermanshah Province. The spiritual leaders of this tradition have interpreted existence through an allegorical philosophical framework. This philosophy is shaped by the fundamental principles of the tradition and articulated through symbolic language, employing analogy, allegory, and symbolic representation. The esoteric mode of expression, the complexity of symbolic discourse, and the use of local vernaculars have been major obstacles to understanding this philosophical system. Therefore, familiarity with the language and culture of the Ahl-e Haqq community is considered essential for comprehending the allegorical ontology of this tradition.
