Iranians have described some days of the year as days of good influence and some days of the year as days of bad influence. The belief in good and bad influence of a weekday is rooted in Mithraist themes in the tradition of which seven planets have a special sanctity, and gods have a very effective force in the fate of the universe and human. Studying the proverbs and folklore beliefs of Birjand inhabitants on this subject, this article attempts to reflect the ancient beliefs of good and bad influence of the days among the people of the region, and explore, as far as possible, the reasons for these beliefs. One of the beliefs of the inhabitants of the region is the belief in the bad influence of the Saturdays, and Wednesday nights which are rooted in ancient astrological beliefs. The method of the study is descriptive.<br> ​<span>یکی از مسائل شایع میان مردم، اعتقاد به مبارکی و میمنت بعضی روزها و نحسی و شومی بعضی دیگر است. ایرانیان در ایام سال، روزهایی را سعد و روزهایی را مکروه و منحوس<br> می­شمرده­اند و اعتقاد به سعد و نحس روزهای هفته متأثر از درون­مایه­های مهری است که در آیین آنان هفت سیاره قداست ویژه­ای دارند و ایزدانی هستند با نیرویی بسیار مؤثر در سرنوشت جهان هستی و انسان. این مقاله با بررسی ضرب­المثل­ها و باورهای عامیانۀ مردم بیرجند دربارۀ این موضوع، کوشیده است بازتاب اعتقاد کهن سعد و نحس ایام را در میان مردم منطقه نشان دهد و در حد امکان علل و اسباب این اعتقادات را بکاود. یکی از باورهای مردم منطقه اعتقاد به نحوست روز شنبه و شب چهارشنبه است که در باورهای نجومی کهن ریشه دارد. در این گفتار، به پاره­ای از مهم­ترین باورهای مردمی منطقه­ بیرجند دربارۀ سعد و نحس ایام به شیوۀ­ توصیفی پرداخته شده است.</span><br> https://cfl.modares.ac.ir/article_22013_2d1fc7492245772b81ed0555881afc31.pdf
