In this study, the patterns of swearing in Bakhtiari people is analyzed. Oaths of fire, fire stoves, blades of sun, running water, bread, nuns, temples, devotees, underworlds, and thugs are the most important examples of swearing among the people of Bakhtiari. The importance of taking an oath to this people is the last way to prove the truth of the word and to distinguish the righteous from the wrongdoer. In this study, while studying the types of oaths in Bakhtiari people, the literary characters and their mythological aspects are investigated as well. This research is fundamentally based on the field-based library study and qualitative content analysis. After examining various sources and analyzing the literary and mythological aspects of swearing among the Bakhtiari people, it can be said that the ritual is a remnant of the same ritual in ancient Iran. Also, the oaths of fire, bread and salt, time, running water, sun and souls of the beloved ones are among the most important and common manifestations of oath taking among these people that have many literary and mythological aspects. The function of oath is to prove the truth of the word and recognize the true from false.<br> <br> <span dir="RTL"></span> <span>آیین سوگند خوردن از دیرباز تاکنون در فرهنگ و ادب به طریق گوناگون نمود یافته است. در این پژوهش به تحلیل نمود­های آیین سوگند خوردن در قوم بختیاری می­پردازیم. سوگند به آتش، اجاق آتش، تیغۀ آفتاب، آب روان، نان‌ونمک، زمان، جان‌ عزیزان و اموات از مهم‌ترین جلوه­های سوگند خوردن در نزد قوم بختیاری است. اهمیت سوگند خوردن در نزد این قوم، آخرین راهکار برای اثبات درستی کلام و تشخیص درستکار از نادرستکار است. در این پژوهش، ضمن بررسی انواع سوگند در قوم بختیاری، برآنیم تا نمود­های ادبی و جنبه­های اساطیری آن‌ها را تحلیل و بررسی کنیم. این پژوهش به­شکل بنیادی، بر پایه مطالعات کتابخانه­ای ـ میدانی و به­روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام ‌شده است. پس از بررسی منابع گوناگون و تحلیل نمود­های ادبی و اساطیری سوگند خوردن در قوم بختیاری می­توان گفت که بسیاری از نمودهای آیین سوگند خوردن در قوم بختیاری بازماندۀ آیین­های سوگند خوردن در ایران باستان است. همچنین، سوگند به آتش، نان‌ونمک، زمان، آب روان، آفتاب و جان‌ عزیزان از مهم‌ترین و رایج­ترین نمود­های سوگند در نزد این قوم است که جنبه­های ادبی</span><span> و</span><span> اساطیری بسیاری دارند. سوگند خوردن در نزد این قوم برای اثبات درستی کلام و تشخیص حق از باطل است.</span> https://cfl.modares.ac.ir/article_21994_841062598995b44b071fb4d5f73a5566.pdf
