Social and political culture shows the type of people's attitude toward collective life, its requirements and the network relations at the individual level and human society. Moreover, its effects can be found in the smallest and largest life affairs. The aim of current research is to study the attitudes toward collective life and its related issues in literature and folklore of Sirjan. The research questions are related to the attitudes toward social power and life and its individual and social components in literature and folklore in Sirjan. Thus, this research has tried to answer these questions using content analysis of words, terms, phrases, proverbs, tales and the existing legends in dialect and folklore of Sirjan. The findings indicate that the positive and negative elements such as participation, self-determination, duality, concealment, social responsibility, appreciation, relationships, pragmatism, realism are considered as components related to the social and political culture in folklore and literature of Sirjan. ادبیات و فرهنگ عامه مردم هر سرزمین گنجینۀ باارزشی است که می‌توان در آن آداب، رسوم و شیوه نگرش به زندگی فردی و اجتماعی را جست. فرهنگ اجتماعی و سیاسی بیانگر نوع نگرش مردم به زندگی جمعی، الزامات و شبکۀ روابط آن در سطح فردی و جامعۀ انسانی است و جلوه‌های آن را می‌توان از خردترین تا کلان‌ترین امور زندگی یافت. این مقاله با هدف واکاوی نگرش و نوع نگاه به زیستجمعی و مسائل مرتبط با آن در ادبیات و فرهنگ عامۀ مردم سیرجان نوشته شده است. پرسشهای مطرحشده دربارۀ نوع نگاه به قدرت و زندگی اجتماعی و مؤلفه‌های فردی و جمعی آن در فرهنگ و ادبیات عامه مردم سیرجان است و تلاش شده است با تحلیل محتواییِ واژهها، اصطلاحها، عبارتها، ضربالمثلها، قصهها و افسانههای موجود در گویش و ادبیات عامۀ مردم سیرجان، به آن‌ها پاسخ داده شود. درنهایت، نویسنده پس از تحلیل موارد گفتهشده به این نتیجه رسیده است که می‌توان از مواردی چون مشارکت‌جویی، فردمحوری، دوگانگی، پنهان‌کاری، مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی، تقدیرگرایی، خویشاوندگرایی، عمل‌گرایی و واقع‌گرایی بهعنوان مؤلفههای مرتبط با فرهنگ اجتماعی و سیاسی در فرهنگ و ادبیات عامۀ مردم سیرجان نام برد.
