The dialect of people in this obsolete village, having too likeness to some kinds of Khorāsāni dialects, for various reasons, including the inaccessibility to the city has remained largely intact . Hence particular study of words, expressions and interpretations of this dialect can be useful and helpful in solving some problems of classic poems and meaning of the ancient Persian texts, In addition to the benefits of its anthropological and linguists aspects. By categorizing the terminology associated with livestock in Torud district, which is collected during a field study and completed with other correlate books, this study attempts to point to Word derivation, the roots of some ancient words and any tradition joint to livestock in Torud folklore. Morever this study is a main step for ranchind dictionary collecting . دهستان طرود واقع در مرز جنوبی استان سمنان و بلحاظ تقسیم بندی جغرافیایی جدید زیرمجموعه شهرستان شاهرود به شمار می‌رود. گونۀ زبانی رایج در این دهستان دورافتاده -که همانندی فراوانی با گویش‌های خراسانی دارد- به دلایل گوناگون، از جمله دوری از محیط‌های بزرگ، تا حد زیادی دست ناخورده باقی مانده است. هم از این رو پژوهش علمی پیرامون واژگان، اصطلاحات و تعابیر این گونه زبانی می‌تواند افزون بر مزایای مردم‌شناسانه و زبان‌شناسانۀ آن، در گشودن برخی ازگره‌های زبانی و معنایی متون کهن فارسی مفید و راهگشا باشد. پژوهش پیش رو می‌کوشد با دسته بندی مهم‌ترین واژگان و اصطلاحات درپیوسته با پیشه شترداری در دهستان طرود، که طی یک پژوهش میدانی گردآوری شده و پس از تکمیل با کمک منابع کتابخانه‌ای به صورت موضوعی تدوین شده، به نکاتی دیگر از قبیل واژگان همانند در دیگر گویش‌های ایرانی، وجوه اشتقاق آنها، ریشه‌یابی برخی واژه‌های کهن ایرانی و آداب و رسوم ساربانی در این گونۀ زبانی اشاره شده است. https://cfl.modares.ac.ir/article_21849_8d618f48515500cd702cc305ee80acf1.pdf
