Clothes with functions such as keeping body from environment hurts, traditional requirements and symbolic capacities play an inevitable and crucial role in human life. Therefore, preparing appropriate clothing for each body organs and proper wearing in public places have been of great importance. The same is true about head wearing, since head is one of the most critical organs of the body. It has been usually covered by hat and turban or scarf. This kind of wearing has been a prevalent requirement; and uncovered head was considered a tremendous abnormality. Despite of the turban importance, a survey in the literature reveals that it has not been used in some occasions. This paper attempts to determine and assess the reasons and forms of disrobing. The findings of the study showed that disrobing happened by one's own will or it was a compulsion imposed by the external factors, despite of one's preference. The reasons for head wearing are: sentiments and excitation, sale (poverty), retraction, gift and handles, and power transition. On the other hand, reasons for head disrobing are: turban and scarf theft, and punishment of those who wear scarf.
